Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReluTech Store, including the storefront at https://shop.relutech.com and checkout at https://relutech.myshopify.com (together, the "Site"), and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy on the Store also apply to your use of the Site and are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products

We sell used, refurbished, and/or pulled computer memory modules ("Products"). Product listings include a description of condition to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Because Products are secondary-market electronics, minor cosmetic variation (e.g. label wear, minor marking) should be expected and is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting us using the information below. After this window, your order may already be in processing, and any request to return the item is instead governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including where:

We are unable to fulfill the order (for example, the specific used/refurbished unit sold out, was miscounted in inventory, or was found to be defective after your order was placed)
We suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method
A pricing or listing error occurred
The shipping address falls outside the areas we currently serve

If we cancel all or part of an order, we will notify you and refund any payment already collected for the cancelled portion within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for any indirect losses (such as a replacement purchased elsewhere at a higher price) resulting from a cancellation under this section.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and our defect/inspection process are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC HARDWARE OR CONFIGURATION.

This disclaimer does not limit your rights under our Return & Refund Policy with respect to items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described; that policy is a contractual return right, separate from any product warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RELUTECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of the Site or any Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RELUTECH or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or resell data from the Site without permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at the email below. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and RELUTECH each waive the right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the Terms applicable to orders you already placed, except where required by law.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Orders already placed

Orders you have already placed are governed by the Terms and policies in effect at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law.

Trade compliance

You may not use the Site or purchase Products where doing so would violate U.S. export control or sanctions laws. We ship only to addresses within the United States.
